Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once the initial draft has been approved or a revision is requested, unless Syntax Quill cancels the project for reasons unrelated to client breach or inactivity.
Refund eligibility is outlined below:
If a refund is requested before delivery of the initial draft, you are entitled to a full refund (minus a 10% processing/admin fee).
If requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial draft, a 66% refund may be granted (minus a 10% processing fee).
If requested within 48–96 hours of receiving the initial draft, a 33% refund may be granted (minus a 10% processing fee).
No refund will be provided once the draft has entered the revision phase, regardless of the timeline.
Refunds will not be granted if the client has been inactive for more than 7 working days. A reactivation fee may apply to resume the project.

Syntax Quill reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not available once final content files (editable, publishable, or approved formats) have been delivered.
Bundled service refunds will apply only to the unused or non-approved portion of the bundle.
Refunds are not available in cases of duplicate content orders placed with multiple providers for the same deliverable.
Clients must remain responsive throughout the process. Refunds will not be granted due to lack of feedback or engagement.
To qualify for a refund, the client must provide a valid reason demonstrating that Syntax Quill did not meet the original brief. If the content aligns with the brief, revisions will be offered, but a refund will not be issued.
Upon refund, all rights to any drafts, revisions, or content revert to Syntax Quill. The client is not permitted to use, publish, or distribute refunded material in any form.
Syntax Quill may register and copyright refunded content in collaboration with copyright authorities to prevent unauthorized usage.
